The Foundation annually offers professionals from Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Haiti and Cuba the possibility of studying selected master's degrees in prestigious study centers in Mexico. The main objective of the program is the academic and research strengthening of professionals with high possibilities to influence decision-making in a scientific and critical way in their countries. The study programs for which an application can be submitted correspond to the areas of Anthropology, Social Sciences, Communication, Economics, Urban Studies, Rural Development, International Relations, Public Policies and Natural Resources and must be included in the National Register of Quality Postgraduate Studies of CONACYT.
