AWARD (African Women in Agricultural Research and Development) is a pan-African organization working for sustainable and inclusive growth whose main focus is on agricultural development based on strengthening production, dissemination, and popularization of research and agricultural innovations sensitive to the question of gender and adapted to the needs of different social groups. Since 2008, AWARD has launched a prestigious career development program dedicated to women involved in agricultural research and development in sub-Saharan Africa. This program offers a unique opportunity to promote mentoring partnerships and strengthen scientific skills and managerial skills.
