IBETO AUGUSTINA UKAMAKA: An Assistant Chief Technologist in Department of Chemistry, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. Holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry with over 15 years in laboratory management, research support and student training.
IBETO AUGUSTINA UKAMAKA: An Assistant Chief Technologist in Department of Chemistry, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. Holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry with over 15 years in laboratory management, research support and student training, available for mentor/mentee relationships. Active member of Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) and Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT) Ibadan. Research interests span across food safety assessment, natural product chemistry and biopesticide formulation and characterization. Has contributed to studies on chemical profiling of underutilized legumes, glycemic index evaluation and antimicrobial application of chitosan-based materials. Currently a PhD student working on biopesticide formulation.
